to fulfill hunger, is not enough. When eating food, balanced nutrition must be considered. Now,
there is an easier way to do it. To get balanced nutrition, consumption from various different food
groups is needed. The food ideally consists of various types of nutrients, including protein,
carbohydrates, fats, fiber, minerals, and vitamins.
