(ETEA copy) along with a copy of CNIC should be attached with the Application Form and should be submitted to ETEA
office (H.NO.46, Street-5, Defence Officers Colony, Khyber Road, Peshawar) through courier service or by hand latest by
2nd September 2015. No Application Form will be accepted after closing Date. ETEA will not be responsible for late

receiving of Applications through courier, i.e. Applications received on 3 September shall not be entertained.
Please do not attach any Academic document with the Application Form. (Attach a copy of CNIC only.)
