Hi friend?
I hope you are very well in your land. I am in Cartagena, I am a teacher in a dance
school, as I know the functions of my work are charming because I have to organize
costumes, rehearse from seven in the morning to four in the afternoon and a break of
two hours for lunch. I am delighted with my work and all the time I wear sports clothes
The school where I work is located in the center of the city, it is small but very
beautiful, it has ten classrooms with fifteen children each, between nine and eleven
years, it has a dance hall, a costume room, a room where they are kept instruments
for dances and a place of amusements so that the children can play in their rest, I am
happy in it
I love being a dance teacher. I enjoy spending time with children from different ages
every day. I love my job because I can teach kids different movements they can do with
their bodies. In my job I need to be attentive to every student. I’m glad to encourage all
the kids to follow the rhythm of the music and keep pace of the group. It is also
rewarding when we as teachers observe students’ improvements and
accomplishments.
I dislike to got up early because I had to feed my dog and he wanted me to take him
for a walk. I was too hungry, so I first had breaksfast. I had a cup of coffe and a arepa.
Then, I washed my teeth and put on a drest, because it was really hot outside. My dog
was already impatient. We both went out and walked to park near home. He ran and
I imagine you think it is very stressful to work with children and some of that is
true; because it demands a lot of responsibility; but that is nothing compared to the
satisfaction of being useful to the children; I know that you would love to see how the
children admire you and thank you for what you teach them and show you with their
motivation to learn. I am sure that you would like to come to know where I work and
to share a season at school with the children. Then I'll wait for you.
