What I think I did really well
 Explained 5 stages at beginning to give context when doing demonstration
 Used video as fun ice breaker and to introduce washing hands technique. Followed up with
demonstration on how to wash hands
 Used demonstration as an opportunity for learners to practice with trainer
 Presented clearly, engaging in an organized manner
What I think I need to improve on
 Spell checking
 Trainer do demonstration via sink first before allowing learners to practice with supervision
 More planning as to which bathroom to practice (used Disabled bathroom)

What strategies I will implement for improvement


 Plan more on room/learner layout and environment parameters to better utilize skill training
