Dear Sirs,

I’m writing on behalf of Jesus Camberos-Valencia. Jesus has been a peer assistant in my special
education classroom since August 2018. Jesus has consistently worked hard, and worked his
entire shift cheerfully.

He an extremely dependable assistant. Jesus helps teach my student social skills and job skills.
He leads small group activities such as building with Legos while teaching social skills. He taught
my students job skills that will apply working in a kitchen. In addition, if another PAL is absent,
Jesus makes sure all jobs are done well. I always know Jesus will get the job done well and in a
cheerful manner. Jesus is enthusiastic and empathetic toward staff, peers, and special needs
students. Within class and in public Jesus consistently treats my special needs students with
dignity and respect.

I understand that Jesus is interested in becoming a welder. I’m sure he’ll accomplish this goal
with the enthusiasm and attention to detail that he’s shown helping my students. I highly
recommend him for a job with your company. If I can be of any further assistance, please don’t
