RESOLUTION EXPRESSING INTEREST TO PARTICIPATE IN THE SCHOOL

ACTIVITIES BY PARENT TEACHERS ASSOCIATION (PTA) TO SUPPORT
THE BUWAN NG WIKA S.Y. 2018-2019

WHEREAS, in the tradition of National Language month or 'Buwan

ng Wikang Pambansa' 2018 celebration, the Department of
Education (DepEd) through the Komisyon sa Wikang Filipino
(KWF) released the memorandum containing the theme "Filipino:
Wika ng Saliksik." (Filipino: Language of Research).
(RATIONALE/LEGAL BASIS)

WHEREAS, the theme for the month is divided into four sub-
themes which will serve as a guide in the weekly activities
during the month of August:

a. Filipino: Kasangkapan sa Pambansang Karunungan

b. Kayamanang Kultural: Saliksikin Gamit ang Sariling Wika Natin
c. Filipino, Isang Dakilang Pamanang-Bayan
d. Intelektuwalisasyon ng Filipino, Para sa Kaunlaran ng Bansa
(OBJECTIVES)

WHEREAS, a well-thought and responsive action plan and adequate budgetary

support and donations from both the school and other communities will be
necessary in implementation of the activities; (ACTIVITIES/EVENTS)

WHEREAS, it is important to engage students by voluntarily wearing national

costumes during the opening and closing parade. (ACTIVITIES/EVENTS)
NOW THEREFORE, RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved to express PARENT-
TEACHERS ASSOCIATION’S INTEREST TO PARTICIPATE IN THE ACTIVITIES
TO SUPPORT THE BUWAN NG WIKA CELEBRATION THIS SCHOOL YEAR
2018-2019 (AGREEMENT)

RESOLVE FURTHER, to express PTA’s WILLINGNESS TO PARTICIPATE AND

DONATE NECESSARY RESOURCES THROUGH OTHER FINANCIAL
SOURCES TO VOLUNTARY SUPPORT THE CAUSE. (AGREEMENT)

LET copies of this Resolution be furnished to school and the members of the
PTA.
