Inquiry For NR13 Qualified Engineering

Project Name.: for Tupi BV (Petrobras) P71 Package III Compression Modules
The scope of work: based on the project requirement, we need a qualified Brazilian local
regulation NR13 engineer, who could help us in carrying out the equipment inspection and
report issuence to our client following NR13 regulation requirement. The scope of work include
but not limited to below items:
1) Prepare template of Data Book for regulatory purposes
2) Witness the FAT test of Vendor for regulatory purposes
3) Regulatory Compliance Site Inspections
4) Issuance of Inspection Reports and Punchlist
5) Daily Report
6) Assist to communicate with Vendors
7) Reivew and issue NR13 Data Book Documentation
8) Provide the specific NR13 trainning for CHI's staffs

The estimated job starting time.:15th March 2019

Daily rate:

The air ticket cost will be reimbursed by us or we could help you to order,but only economic
class seat could be applied, you could consider 2 trips to Dalian at this moment and each stay
here for one month, the first trip at April 1st, 2019, the second trip to be informed by shipyard,
estimated time period between October to November, but the final working time will be depent
on the real necessary of the job condition.
Cosco shall supply all the materials to carry out the work, such as folders, printer, scaner, desk
for work and internet access.

Notes.:
The quotation shall be provied by daily rate, including all the cost of above items, except
for air ticket.All rates are stated in U.S dollars or RMB.
