A RESOLUTION APPROVING MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL (MDC)

RESOLUTION NO. 03 SERIES OF 2014 ENTITLED: A RESOLUTION APPROVING
THE TEN YEAR SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT PLAN OF THE LOCAL
GOVERNMENT UNIT OF DINGRAS, ILOCOS NORTE.

WHEREAS, Section 109 (a) defines the functions of Local Development Council in
formulating development plans and programs;

WHEREAS, the Ten Year Solid waste Management Plan aims to demonstrate solid waste
collection capabilities and disposal capacity and to continuously provide the needs
concerning individual advancement contributory to the progress of the community;

WHEREAS, the Ten Year Solid waste Management Plan is in consonance with the
National and Regional policies, goals and strategies;

WHEREAS, the members of the Sangguniang Bayan have revisited the MDC resolution
and finds it in accordance to law;

WHEREFORE, on motion of Hon. Ruben C. Marcos duly seconded by Hon. Lester S.

Ballesteros, it was

RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved to adopt Municipal Development Council Executive

Committee (MDC) Resolution No. 03 series of 2014 Entitled: A Resolution Approving the
Ten Year Solid Waste Management Plan of the Local Government Unit of Dingras, Ilocos
Norte.

RESOLVED FINALLY, to authorize the SB Secretary to transcribe this resolution and

furnish copies to all authorities concerned for their information.
