LESSON ORGANISATION (based on Australian Curriculum: Health & Physical Education)

Intention: By
the end of this lesson, students should be able to demonstrate a running bounce as well
as a drop punt and handball on the move.

Pre-lesson organisation:
Ensure the balls are pumped up and that enough cones are available.
Equipment: - At least 14 footballs
- Marker cones

Learning Area Outcomes: Year 6 football programme

Strand: Movement and Physical Activity (MPA)


Sub-Strand: Moving our body (MB), Understanding Movement (UM), Learning through
Movement (LM)
