Use of this library

The samples used in the sound library is partly from the network and

the samples maker is not known. The use of this sound library is for

entertainment only, if it involves the use of rights or legal disputes, the

author is not responsible. It takes a certain amount of knowledge, time,

and energy to make these patches, and if you feel that they are useful

or interesting, a certain donation is appreciated and it can encourage

the author to make better sound libraries.

Quick Start:
1. Update the system to Version 2.0. Install Tone Manager 1.0 on your computer.
2. Make sure you have 55Mb free space in the sample memory. Important! Backup your
user data to a USB key (Manual p.17).
3. If you never saved any user patches/performances/samples/other user data, or you want
to quickly try the new patches without transfering your user data, directly go to Step 7.

4. Plug the USB key to the computer. Open Tone Manager softwarre. Go to Librarian tab,
click Load to open the latest backup .SVD file created in Step 3 from /Roland/…/Backup/.
Click Load again and open the downloaded PianoLibDS.SVD file. Make sure your are in
the Patch mode, check the upper left corner option here:
5. Now you have to copy all your user patches from backup data list to the PianoLibDS list.
Using Shift+left click to select more patches. Then follow the instruction below to adjust
the order and position of the patches(In case you used some user patches in performance
mode). Note: Any imported user sample can not be copied or restored properly due to
the limitation of software.
In the upper left corner, select Performance or Drum kit option, copy your perfromances or
drum kits data in the same way。
6. When the data transfer is done. Make sure the PianoLibDS list is selected by a red square.
Click Save , then choose to save as .SVD.
7. Copy .SVD and .BIN files to /Roland/…/Backup/ in the USB key. Restore the backup data
(Manual p.17). Now you can find new patches in USER bank.
