total area of 22.85 sq.m. more or less and to pay the real property tax for 2019 and obtain tax
clearance;

2. To process all the papers regarding the transfer of the above mentioned property we
bought from __________________, covered by Condominium Certificate of Title No.
_______________- of the Registry of Deeds for Quezon City, located at unit no. ________ situated
in the ______th floor of “____________ condsominium” consisting of 1 bedroom, with a total area
of 22.85 sq.m. more or less deal with all government agencies including but not limited to the
Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) Quezon City, the City Treasury and Assessor Office of Quezon
City, and The Registry of Deeds of Quezon City;

3. To sign and receive the necessary papers/documents in order to perform the

aforesaid authority;

4. To do and perform any and all acts and things necessary in the performance of
the foregoing powers;

5. To make payments to the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) Quezon City, the City
Treasury and Assessor Office of Quezon City, and The Registry of Deeds of Quezon City or the
necessary taxes including Capital Gains Tax, Documentary Stamp and other fees to be paid for the
transfer of the real property in our names.

HEREBY GRANTING unto our said Attorney-in-fact full power and authority to execute
and perform every act necessary to render effective the power herein enumerated, as though we
have so performed it and hereby approving all that they may do or cause to be done by virtue
hereof.
