To Whom It May Concern:

Thank you for taking the time to read my resume and examine my portfolio. As I saw your
application paper I was not only delighted, but ready for what was to come. Your company
completely fits me, so it will be a perfect combination. In other words, with the mix of my skills
that I have gained from my education/overall experience and your company's goal/knowledge it
will be inevitable for progress all around.

Throughout my high school years, I have gained an immense amount of skills and knowledge
that can easily be applied in the work of the company. In order to gain this knowledge I attended
one of“America’s Most Challenging Schools”, by the Washington Post named Francisco Bravo
Medical Magnet High School. Just a few major awards that my school has achieved are: Niche
Best Schools Designation, ERP Honor Roll School, California Department of Education of Gold
Ribbon Schools Award, National Blue Ribbon School, and the list goes on. The overall
atmosphere of my high school is filled of hard-work, persistence, and strict criteria of subjects.
Teachers get us more than ready for the future.

Immediately, the first year in my high school included advanced work to make me ready for
anything that was to come. I participated in a group debate that incorporated teamwork,
alayziation, research, and a final debate with an audience in which my group and I won. Also, in
freshman year I was involved in a independent project that had to do with a research of a
profession of our choice. We also had to do strenuous research on the specific occupation in
which we then had to make a paper and a tri-fold poster in which we had to present to seniors in
the library at the end of the year.

Following this, in Junior year there was an immense amount of writing, reading, and learning
skills that had to be put in to work. My first semester of Junior year I had to create a book about
a topic, but including grammar at the same time which had a strict submission time. My specific
topic was on Vehicles and the Automotive Industry. Every week I would do a portion of the
book including essentially every aspect of the grammar you can think of. I then organized it and
printed it into a book. At the end, in addition to the book I also did a tri-fold poster that summed
it all up in which I presented at the annual Book Fair in the library. Moving on to second
semester, I created a research project in which I researched a topic that is controversial and I felt
most interested in which is the topic of education(the problems it contains and how can people
get recognition in the profession). In order to research this topic I read several works, watched
videos, read books, read journals, and watched documentaries about the topic. With analyzation
of several works, I also created a survey that included 100 people on their opinion of the
problems with education. After all the research I put it all together with a poster and did an essay
on the subject. To finalize it I placed the poster in the Library and shared it to different high
schoolers. These are just a few of the major works I have done, besides it I have done several
essays on different things, many more projects, etc.

In conclusion, my experience in high school/out of it by doing large amounts of work and

gaining an immense amount of knowledge will greatly show in this job. Not only will I master
the occupation, just as I mastered the subjects I took, I will progress so that the company will
also become even better. I appreciate your time and consideration. I hope to hear from you
soon.
