DEVELOPED THE FOLLOWING PROJECTS INDIVIDUALLY AS WELL AS A TEAM

Project 1: Thermal Phase Separation (TPS-3EC)

Client: West Mountain
 The thermal phase separation is a patented process which is used for safely extracting all
hydrocarbon contaminants from soil and sludge in oil and gas industry using indirectly
applied heat in an enclosed chamber.
 A TPS-3EC system consists of one control unit, three extraction chambers, vapor recovery,
NC gas and one oil/water treatment unit.

Job Responsibility:
 Top down design of process equipment, piping & structures in Solidworks.
 Generating documents such as General arrangement drawings, Equipment layout, and
Nozzle orientation sheets for different mechanical equipment’s, Piping Layouts, isometrics,
special support sketches, etc.
 Reviewing of the pipeline routing, supporting and civil structure by using AutoCAD.
 Designing Pressure Vessels and Piping as per GB, ISO, ANSI and ASME Sec VIII standards.
 Preparing Bill of material from the P & ID.

Project 2: Thermal Phase Separation (TPS-1EC)

Client: West Mountain
 The process in TPS-1EC is same as TPS-3EC, here the system consists of only one
extraction chamber, one control unit, vapor recovery, NC gas and one oil/water treatment
unit.
 This process is applicable where constraint space is available.

Project 3 : Chemical Injection Packages
Client: PROSERV
 The scope of the project is to design P&ID’s, Twenty six chemical injection packages, piping
(downstream) and general assemblies and provide detail manufacturing drawings of piping,
structural drawings which are mainly used in production and processing of oil and gas plants.

Job Responsibility:
 Designing Equipment’s, Piping systems, Frame structures using Solidworks.
 Checking bulk MTO’s against GA & Isometrics.
 Generating line list, critical line list for stress analysis from the P&ID’s.
 Coordinating with team for the freezing of nozzle orientation, vessel clip orientation for pipe
supports, platform and cable trays.

Project 4: EOT Crane structures

Client: Indian Farmers Fertiliser Cooperative Limited (IFFCO)
 The scope of the project is to provide the as built drawings and design the structure to
increase the strength.

Job Responsibility:
 To design an as built structure based on the inputs provided by the client.
 To modify the structure based on the structural analysis report given by the structural
engineer to strengthen the structure.
 To provide detail fabrication drawings and BOM.
