Focus Academy for Career Enhancement (FACE) is an IIM Graduates’ Enterprise designed to cater to the
vast and varied needs of today's student community. We provide the right perspective regarding various career
options available to the students and sufficiently train them to pursue their careers of choice. Given the clutter of
career options available and prevalent group tendencies amongst students, FACE believes that expert guidance
and training can help students streamline their energy towards their chosen career paths.

Campus Placement Cracker™
Campus Placements Cracker™ comprises of various modules designed to enable students to effectively crack
aptitude part of the placements process. The detailed curriculum is shown in the next page.

What truly differentiates the FACE Campus Placements Cracker™ from our competition is the level of
customization we bring into the program and the huge expertise in understanding the of the pattern, topics and
level of questions asked by all major recruiters across India.

Plan of Action during execution:

Step 1: Conduct a pre assessment test for all the students who are undergoing the training and
generate an analysis report of the students performance.
Step 2: Develop a training plan and discuss with the college management.
Step 3: Conduct a mid-assessment test to measure the improvement of the students and make
necessary changes if required.
Step 4: Conduct a post assessment test to derive the final performance of the students.

Note:
Other than the above tests, students will be given a number of sectional and topical test for
practice based on college requirement and expert trainer advise.

Variant A
This training covers 42 topics under Quantitative aptitude, Logical reasoning and Verbal ability. This list of topics
is exhaustive in nature and covers topics of almost every mass recruiter. TCS, Infosys, Accenture, Cognizant,
Wipro, Tech Mahindra, MuSigma, IBM are a few to mention. Students will be fully equipped to crack the aptitude
round of most of the mass recruiters after attending this 10 day program.

Each session is dealt for 3 hours. This ensures essential question solving knowledge being shared and enough
practice given.
Every day assignments are given and are corrected (peer correction using answers given by the trainers) in the next
day’s classes, ensuring home practice for students.

This training covers 29 selected topics under Quantitative aptitude, Logical reasoning and Verbal ability. This list
of topics covers all most important topics of almost every mass recruiter. TCS, Infosys, Accenture, Cognizant,
Wipro, Tech Mahindra, MuSigma, IBM are a few to mention. Students are equipped to crack the aptitude round
of most of the mass recruiters after attending this 7 day program.
Few topics which are not very frequently asked in major recruiters have been left out. This helps in focusing and
mastering the most frequently asked topics. The topic list is as follows –

Variant C
This training covers nearly 23 topics under Quantitative aptitude, Logical reasoning and Verbal ability. This list of
topics is a minimum number of topics needed to attempt aptitude tests of mass recruiters. TCS, Infosys, Accenture,
Cognizant, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, MuSigma, IBM are a few to mention.

This covers the basics of aptitude topics and equips the students to attempt aptitude tests confidently. As the
session duration is reduced to 2 from 3 hours, covering short-cuts and strategies is highly restricted. The topic list

In each of the modules, there will be a pre-assessment test and a post-assessment test conducted by FACE.

Pre-assessment and Post-assessment tests are kept out of the training sessions. These can be conducted before
and after the training sessions respectively (previous day/a day after or 1 hour before the first session and 1 hour

extended after the last session). FACE will also provide online sectional tests if required by the college. The
schedule of these tests will be based on the training schedule being followed and the requirement of the college
