“RESOLUTION DECLARING THE INCLUSION OF PROVINCIAL DISASTER RISK

REDUCTION AND MANAGEMENT OFFICE AS MANDATED MEMBER OF THE
PHILIPPINE RED CROSS, SULTAN KUDARAT PROVINCE – TACURONG CITY
CHAPTER’S BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND TO BE REPRESENTED BY ITS HEAD
OF OFFICE”
 WHEREAS, the Philippine Red Cross (PRC) has become the premier humanitarian
organization in the country, committed to provide life-saving services that protect the life and
dignity in vulnerable situations;

WHEREAS, the Republic Act No. 10121 recognized the Philippine Red Cross as a
member of the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council down to its Local
Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Councils where scope of duties and responsibilities are
set thereof;

WHEREAS, to effectively extend and improve access to duties and responsibilities as

member of the council, and to support the disaster risk management activities;

NOW THEREFORE, all premises considered, upon motion of Dir. Psyche M. Sucaldito,
duly seconded by all the members present, it was –

RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, to declare the inclusion of Provincial Risk

Reduction and Management Office as mandated member of the Philippine Red Cross, Sultan
Kudarat Province – Tacurong City Chapter’s Board of Directors and to be represented by its head
of office;

RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish copies of this resolution to the concerned officials of

the Philippine Red Cross for their information.
