Area) as well as the different ReP Characteristics – with narrative discussion

surrounding it – with narrative discussion

 Identify the potential risks that pose a challenge to the successful
implementation of the ReP in terms of budget, personnel, methods/available
technology, and material time
 Rate each potential risk in terms of its probability and impact on the ReP
 For each potential risk with high probability and high impact, discuss the
contingency action to prevent or minimize its effect on the ReP

B. 4. Communication Plan
 Identify the following elements of the communication plan for the ReP:
o Project phase
o Audience – for whom

Some pointers for discussion here are:


 Identify the members of the project team, and the designation and duties
and responsibilities of each project team member.
 The project team may be divided into smaller groups based on homogeneity
of functions and responsibilities.

This should describe how the Proponent plans to manage the ReP project team.
The discussion should include planning, leading, organizing, and controlling.

D. The Budget Proposal


Some pointers:
 Present the estimated cost, both cash and non-cash, of implementing the ReP by
stages. In the process, recall the major items of expenditures (Personal services,
maintenance and other operating expenses, and capital outlay)
 If possible, identify the source of funds
 Detailed breakdown of the budget may be included in the Annex.

Chapter 4: Project Implementation and Results

(The introduction for the chapter should include a SUMMARY of the ReP objectives and a
description of the project site and target beneficiaries)

A. Results of ReP Implementation and Actual Benefits to Target Beneficiaries


B. Detailed Account of ReP Implementation

Pointers for discussion:


1. Use each deliverable as label.
2. Discuss what you did to achieve it (Who, what, when, where, how, why.) Justify
any deviation from the original plan.
3. Describe the essential content of the deliverable. Annex the actual deliverable.

Chapter 6: My Development Plan as a Manager

Pointers:

Your discussion here should include learning from ReP implementation in relation to your being
a development manager. Identify, categorize and discuss each learning category. Discuss how
these are helpful in your journey towards becoming a good development manager and what
your plans are in pursuing further improvement.

(Around 900 words)

FORMATTING & PRINTING THE MANUSCRIPT


The following list serves as a guide for organizing, formatting and printing the Re Entry Project:

1.) Follow the Re-entry Project Plan and Report Outline


2.) Be concise with your write-up. This means complete, brief and clear.
3.) Use APA style (in-text citations, footnotes, and bibliography).
4.) Ensure continuity across your ReP concept, sections and across paragraphs.

Form and Style Guidelines:


1.) Font: Times New Roman
2.) Font Size: 12
3.) PAGINATE. Ensure that your pagination is consistent with the Table of Contents.
4.) Margins:
a. Left – 1.5 inches
b. Top, Right and Bottom – 1 inch
5.) Spacing: Double space; indention at beginning of paragraphs.
6.) Start a new page for every chapter. The ReP title should be in all first page of chapters.
7.) Label your tables and figures.
a. Table title on top
b. Figure title below
8.) Use A4 size paper.
9.) Folder: Plain plastic folder for ReP Plan/Report Presentation.
10.) Edit your ReP Plan and ReP Report to ensure that your ReP report is free from grammatical and
syntax errors.
11.) As to approximate length of ReP Report, this will be around seven thousand five hundred
(7,500) to ten thousand (10,000) words.
12.) For the FINAL COPY of your ReP Report, ensure that the ReP has undergone plagiarism check.
13.) Submit two (2) hard bound copies of the ReP Report (for the DAP Library Pasig and Tagaytay)
and electronic copy in CD.
