4 Providing and fixing of 25mm thk toilet door with both side approved laminate finish and
necessary hardware fittings. ( New Door )

5 Providing and fixing of T V Unit back panelling with plwood framing of 19mm thk and 12mm thk
ply fixed on it with approved laminate finish as per approved design.
6 Providing and fixing of T V Unit made up of approved laminate as per design approved.

9 Providing and supplying approved fabric 3 seater sofa with 4 nos of puffy as per complete
satisfaction.
10 Supplying of centre table with side tables
11 Making of approved design book shelf
12 Providing and fixing of pelmet for window as per drawings

13 Removing of existing kitchen shutters and replacing it with new approved korean laminate with
necessary hardware fittings.
14 Supply of stainless steel trolleys of 304 grade .

16 Removing of existing laminate of bed and fixing it with new approved laminate with necessary
hardware finish and french polish from inside. ( 2 nos of Bed )

17 Providing and fixing of full hieght wardrobe finish with approved laminate and necessary
hardware fittings.

Removing of existing wardrobe laminate and fixing it with new approved laminate with necessary
hardware changes.
19 Dressing table in bedroom
20 Approved design shoerack for dad , pooja table and writing table.

D) POP WORK
1 Providing and fixing of 12m thk GYPROC board gypsum ceiling with approved design and all joints
to be sealed with jointing tape complete as per satisfaction.

F) AIRCONDITIONING WORK

1 AC copper piping fixing for 1 nos of Ac with M S stand and fixing of AC with one year
maintainence free of AC from our side as per complete satisfaction.

G) PAINTING WORK
1 Providing and applying royalle paint for wall and ceiling of asian paint or ici delux make.

H) ELECTRICAL WORK

1 Removing of existing wiring and making it temporary arrangement for site work progress and
fixing of new poly cab wiring with GM brand switches as per approved drawings.

F) FURNISHING WORK
1 Approved fabric track curtains as per complete satisfaction.
