Kesimpulan: hasil uji korelasi product moment didapatkan hasil 0,850 > 0,497 dengan demikian
hubungan antar variable tersebut tinggi. Sehingga apabila iklim komunikasi organisasi baik/tinggi
maka tingkat kinerja pegawai juga tinggi.
Dari hasil korelasi pearson product moment didapatkan hasil r sebesar 0,850 dengan significance 2
tailed sebesar 0,000 lebih keci dari 0,05. Sehingga disimpulkan klim komunikasi organsisasi dan
kinerja berhugungan nyata dan significance. Sehingga dari hipotesis yang diajukan:
