Pada cooler NAR1 sisi bullnose dan roof cooler mengalami kerusakan, steel structure yang di tutup castable
sudah mengalami deformasi dan aus. Pada saat OH NAR1 Me 2011, kita berencana untuk mengganti steel
structure bull nose dan roof (see drawing)

Scope Of Work :

1. Satukan I BEAM 300 x 150 x 940 length, CHANNEL 350 x 100 x 940 dari 6 pcs dilas di beri gusset dan
di bor dan di beri bolt stainless (4eah) di setiap joint
I Beam jumlahnya 65 batang dijadikan 13 batang ( 2 buah dari 13 dikasih stiffener dengan jarak 250mm)
CHANNEL 350 x 199 x 940 lenght jumlahnya 6 batang dijadikan 1 batang dikasih stiffener dgn jarak 250
mm
2. Fabrication man hole
3. Bongkar Castable di Bullnose, dinding selatan dan strukturnya, roof, secondary air duct take off (HOLCIM)
4. Dismantling dan instlaation bullnose sbb :

4.1. Pasang I beam no 5 dan Channel no 4 yang sudah di pasangi stiffener no7

4.2. Pasang H beam 100x100 item no 6

4.3. Pasang anchor AN 17 YD2X dan AN 10 YDX no 2 dan pasang wall seat no1
4.4. Pasang V anchor AN 01 no3
4.5. Pasang Begisting di daerah L diantara Wall seat, cor castable

4.6. Spray castable setebal 100 mm dengan castable SHIRALITE 125 XW or 140MW
Pasang Begisting di atas L, cor castable setebal 350 mm
5. Dismantling dan installation Casing Selatan Cooler, terlebih dahulu dismantling manhole, 2 sock
blower berikut
Accesoriesnya, 2 man hole kecil, 2 pock hole untuk bracket sock blower bila ingin di pindah posisi
nya.
6. Dismantling dan installation dinding tertiary air duct dengan menggunakan :
1. Plate 600 x 600 x t 10 (casting) 38 Eah
