The estimated cost of the whole starting process of the company is 10 Million PHP, including all the

Investors such as Ms. Patty Ang, a famous local designer within the Philippines accumulated 16% of the
total shares; Mr. Joey Espiritu, a famous local designer, contributed 9% of the total shares; and Mr. Mark
Boungarner accumulated 2% of the total shares.

There are six major bankers that will support the Oh! Clothing Line and all of them have different
shares and stakes in the company. The founder and the CEO of the company is Ms. Angelica Lee A.
Palmero. The management and the investors are in one in maintaining the mission, vision and objectives
of the company. With the help of the investors, the position of the Oh! Clothing Line within the industry will
surely boost up as well as the popularity level of the company within the nation. Thus the volume of the
sales will increase as well.

VIII. Environmental and Regulatory Compliance


Oh! Clothing Line promotes the use of eco-friendly raw materials as well as using eco-friendly
processes, as the owner always promotes the conservation of energy and Saving Mother Earth.
Rules, Regulations presented by the laws towards the companies that can harm the environment
will be strictly followed by the company.
Business Permit, Mayor Permit, Barangay Clearance, DTI Registration Form and SEC
Registration form within the vicinity of Lucena will be provided before the company opens. Sanitary Permit
will also be issued to ensure that the company follows the protocol of the government in accordance to the
law. Since the company will use non-harmful equipment that can emit harmful gases or chemical in the
environment, Oh! Clothing Line is exempted to the rule.
IX. Capital Structure and Financial Offerings
The Capital provided for the company to begin with and start-up was issued by different investors
with different amounts. The initial investment of PHP 10,000,000 was accumulated for the opening of
different branches within the Philippines, the equipment needed, the promoting expenses, the raw
materials needed etc. There are 5 major shares and stockholders within the company, and part of the
capital was loaned form BPI which should be paid for a span of 10 years including the 1.2% interest rate
annually.
On the other hand the 5 Major stockholders namely: Angelica Lee A. Palmero, the CEO and the
founder of Oh! Clothing Line contributed 50% of the total capital which makes her the biggest stockholder
within the company. The 50% of the initial capital is expected to be returned within a span of 10 years and
will get percentages yearly depending on the sales of the company; Fashion Start-up Industry contributed
5% off the total initial investment of the company which will be paid for the span of 5 years and will get a
certain percentage of the total sales of the company yearly; AAA Fabric Textile contributed 8% and serves
as the major source of the raw materials (fabrics) needed by the company. It is expected that the
investment will be returned in the span of 5 years; Individual Investors like Ms. Patty Ang, Joey Espiritu
and Mark Boungarner which are known designers within the Philippines, have invested viciously trusting
the ability of the company to succeed and become the top brand and clothes distributor in the Philippines
and be known internationally as well. The investments of the three investors will be then returned in a span
of 7-10 years depending on the sales volume attained by the company throughout the years.
