Helpful Tips for your Training and Teaching Demo:

1. Be Punctual

-This is simple, yet important reminder. Don’t be late, ever.

2. Positivity

- Maintain a positive attitude throughout your training and teaching demo. Always smile 

3. Language Competence

 No mispronounced words
 No grammar mistakes
 No local or heavy accent

4. Adjust your speaking speed

- Speak in an average speed. Avoid speaking too fast since you will be teaching English
language to a Chinese student.

5. Be conversant

- Always keep the student engaged. Ask for lead-in and follow-up questions.

6. Simple and clear explanations

- Use hand gestures and send attachments like picture from Google for easy explanation to
the student.

7. Be able to give feedbacks

- Point out the good and bad points of the student. Give them ways how to improve.

I highly suggest that you practice yourself in a mirror or in your own room for you to build
your confidence.

The better you do during your teaching demo, obviously, the better your demo grade will
