BUDGET AND FINANCE COMMITTEE
The BNF Committee is in charge of looking for external funding and resources for the activities and programs of
the CAS Council . This committee is also responsible for maintaining relations with sponsors and update sponsors
of events and invites, functioning with the direct participation of the Council Treasurer.
LOGISTICS COMMITTEE
The Logistics Committee works hand in hand with the council in managing and organizing the activities and
events held by the council. Handling the supplies and needs of the council and its committees, they also take
charge of the reservations for venues and other equipment needed by the CAS Council in the conduct of its
activities.
HUMAN RESOURCE COMMITTEE
The Human Resource Committee is mainly responsible for providing manpower for all the council activities.
They also ensure cooperation and good working relations among the members of the council and the committees.
PUBLIC RELATIONS COMMITTEE
The Public Relations Committee acts as the primary link between the CAS Council and the entire CAS student
body. They are responsible for any form of information dissemination regarding the CAS activities, programs,
gatherings, and assemblies to be held.
DOCUMENTATION COMMITTEE
The Documentation Committee is in charge of making sure that the events and activities of the council are well
authenticated.
ARTIAN HANDS
The Artian Hands or Social Actions Committee will be in charge of the council’s outreach activities. They will be
working in direct participation with the CAS Council Vice Governor. They will also be tasked to tackle
advocacies and issues concerning the student body.
SPORTS COMMITTEE
The Sports Committee is responsible for promoting the involvement of students in sports and concern for the
welfare of athletes. They will be the council’s main workforce during the Artian Games and Animolympics 2020.
CULTURAL COMMITTEE
The Cultural Committee handles all activities of the council relating to the production numbers. They will be in
charge of the props, costumes, etc. needed. They will be the council’s main workforce in preparation for the
institutional events that the college will be participating in.
