.5 Install steel stud furring for braced walls, free standing walls and
where walls are furred out, for fireproofing and for mechanical and
electrical services.

.1 Finish face panel joints and internal angle with joint system
consisting of joint compound, joint tape and taping compound
installed according to manufacturer’s directions and feathered out
onto panel faces.
.2 Finish corner beads, control joints and trim as required with two
coats of joint compound and one coat of taping compound
feathered out onto panel faces.
.6 Use minimum #120 grit sandpaper for first and second sandings.
Use minimum #150 grit sandpaper for final sanding.
.2 Remove and make good any work which, in the opinion of the
Owner is defective, at no additional cost.
.3 Patching after prime coat paint - when prime coat has become
sufficiently dry, examine surfaces for any final patching that may
be required. Patching compound must be colour tinted for later
visual examination.
