CONCLUSIONS

efficient process. This means increasing the selection of materials.
To demonstrate this, we first made an analysis of the situation of the previous
process that was manually, we could see that it demanded more and higher

way we conclude that the expenses made by it, will recover quickly since the
project is profitable and efficient.
In this way, the company recovers its expenses and increases its income, since
it will have half of the staff or the automated process will be an aid.

CONCLUSIONES

El presente proyecto tiene como objetivo realizar un proceso mucho más

adecuado y eficiente. Esto quiere decir aumentar la selección de materiales.

Para demostrar esto, primero se realizó un análisis de la situación del anterior

proceso que era de forma manual, de esto pudimos observar que demandaba

más y mayores costo por parte de la empresa.

Por este motivo se realiza el automatizado del proceso en beneficio de la

empresa, de esta manera concluimos que los gastos realizados por parte de

esta, se recuperara rápidamente ya que el proyecto realizado es rentable y

eficiente.

De esta manera la empresa recupera sus gastos y aumentara sus ingresos ya

que contara con la mitad del personal o el proceso automatizado sea una ayuda.
1.2 Importancia

 Aumentar la producción, ya que al innovar nuevos equipos con mayor

tecnología; disminuye el número de operarios, así como el intervalo de

tiempo requerido por estos.

 El proyecto también ayuda a disminuir los accidentes laborales, pues los

operarios ya no entran en contacto directo con los materiales usados.

 Aumento de la producción, se reduce el factor tiempo empleado en la

fabricación del producto lo q genera mayores ingresos.

 La empresa, pasa de ser una empresa rudimentaria, hacer una empresa

con tecnología y equipos adecuados para competir en el mercado laboral-

empresarial.

 Los operarios ya no tendrán contacto directo con los materiales a

seleccionar, por el contrario, los operarios serán disminuidos y solo lo

harán desde un lugar adecuado. De esta manera no habrá peligro de

cortes o daños generados por estos residuos, como si lo hubiese habido,

al estar en contacto con los operarios.

 Las personas que trabajan en la empresa se sentirán más seguras y se

formaran como personal competitivo, pues al crecer la empresa y dotarse

de maquinaria modernas, ellos también querrán mejorar y capacitarse; de

esta manera se formaran como personal capacitado y competitivo que es

lo que se requiere en las empresas actuales.

Caracteristicas:

Este proyecto busca sensibilizar y capacitar en la recolección y

recuperación de productos renovables desechables.

Se lleva a cabo un proceso mucho más adecuado y eficiente.

El personal está capacitado, de esta forma evitan los accidentes y el

deterioro de los mecanismos utilizados, por el desconocimiento del uso de

estos.

También describe el uso de la llamada automatización, que se refleja en

el uso de sensores y sistemas que ayudan a minimizar costos, mano de

obra, entre otros. Lo que lleva a una mayor producción, maximizando las

ganancias y disminuyendo los riesgos de pérdidas.

Optimizamos el reciclaje, de esta manera la cantidad de residuos que no

se recicla es mínima y de esta manera ayudamos a preservar el

ecosistema.
