IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
1. The copy of this ‘Call Letter’ must be produced before the Interview Board on the day of Interview.

2. This Call Letter is issued provisionally based on the presumption that the candidate has filled up the Application Form correctly and
that the information given by the candidate regarding his/her educational qualification, date of birth, age, caste status, nationality etc.
are correct. If it is found that the information given by the candidate is wrong or incorrect, his/her candidature will be liable to be
rejected.

3. The candidate should bring the following original documents:-

a. For Name , Father's/Mother's Name & DOB verification, candidates must bring PHOTO IDENTITY CARD RECOGNIZED BY
THE GOVERNMENT VIZ.PHOTO IDENTITY CARD(EPIC) / PASSPORT / PAN CARD / AADHAR CARD / DRIVING
LICENSE.
b. Pass Certificate/ Mark Sheet showing that the candidate has passed the qualifying Examination.
c. In case of candidates from SC/ ST/ OBC-A/ OBC-B category, Caste Certificate issued by the competent authority. The certificate
of OBC-A/ OBC-B category should not be older than one year. Candidates possessing these certificates issued one year before
the date of Interview, should produce revalidated OBC-A/ OBC-B certificate before the Testimonial Checking Section of the Group
D Recruitment Board. Candidates who fail to produce the latest OBC-A/ OBC-B certificate will not be entitled to get the reservation
facilities under OBC-A/ OBC-B.
d. PWD / Ex-Servicemen / Meritorious Sports Person should produce relevant certificate issued from competent authorities. Please
refer to Board's Website for details of issuing authorities of such certificates.
e. Certificate of Exempted Category issued by the Directorate of Employment, Exempted Category Cell, Labour Department, Govt.
of West Bengal clearly showing the NCO Number.

5. No TA/ DA is admissible for attending the Interview.

6. The Call Letter should be preserved by the candidate for production during Police Verification in case of final selection.

7. No request for change of the Venue or Date of the Interview will be entertained.

8. The Call Letter does not give any guarantee for appearing in the Interview or employment. Candidate should satisfy himself/herself
that he/she fulfils all the conditions of eligibility criteria to avoid cancellation of his/her candidature at a later stage.

9. Canvassing in any form should be avoided as it will result in summary rejection of the candidature. WBGDRB follows an absolute
transparent method of selection procedure.
