Through the course of mankind there have been many civilizations. Civilizations that
demonstrate the natural rights of man to have a voice that represents them as persons.
Civilizations that fail to abide by the natural law of man to have a voice in what is right. Now in
the course of this nation it comes to a time when the natural law of man to have a voice, and
the government, who wishes to limit the voice of a man collide in an irreversible altercation
that threatens to take away a man͛s voice in what is right.

We the teenagers of this nation have been raised and led to believe in a truth that all
persons have a voice in the government which holds them accountable for their actions. We as
tax paying American citizens have a right to uphold our right to our voice in the government
which holds us accountable for our actions now. As a tax paying people in this country we the
teenagers under eighteen have the right to a voice in the allocation of our tax monies. We have
the right to a voice that elects the leaders of this nation who direct its paths. Now we come to a
point in history where the government which we pay our money to in the forms of taxes denies
us our natural right to have a voice as a person. Let me show you now through the actions of
our nation the wrong in which it had invoked upon us is this day and age.

She has wrongly for years upon years taxed us as unrepresented American citizens.

She has denied us our uncanny right as tax paying, law abiding, American citizens the right to a
voice in the election of American officials. This right carries much further than just a word upon
millions of others. By denying us the right to vote it invokes the penalty of not being able to
mould our nation to our viewpoints, that as tax paying citizens we should have. We have no say
in the allocation of the very funds in which, if not given a voice, are wrongly taken from us.

She has taken advantage of our youth to fuel her machine.

She has held us accountable for laws in which, because of our inability to have a voice, should
not have been enforced.

Through the course of many years we have been obedient in paying wrongly without
question. We have put up without a voice, for without a voice we were overseen. We have
petitioned to higher authority, only to have been denied simply because, them not applying to
this declaration now, had one day in the past gone through the same oppression.
We, therefore, the tax paying teenagers of America, cannot live without a voice any
longer, and therefore we now declare that we no longer will pay taxes to a government who
wishes to hide our voices. We will no longer be held accountable to the laws, in which other
Americans who have a voice our bound, that force us to pay taxes. Now that we have clearly
demonstrated our independence from paying taxes we will now all be held accountable for
enforcing this newly written Declaration to the wrongful actions of a nation.
