1.Material in air: This parameter is basically set to attain the accuracy level as per the IS
and DIN standards this is nothing but the controlling weight which need to be entered to
get the required batching weight and this is applicable only if the plant is set in material
in air mode.

2.Coarse to fine: This parameter is set to control the flow rate of the material to achieve
the accuracy as per the standards. This parameter is applicable only for aggregate and
water component.

3.Discharge sequence: This parameter is set to define the system when each and every
individual components has to be discharged in to the mixer excluding aggregate because
this component will be discharged first in to the mixer.

4.Tolerance: This parameter is set to define the system while batching in auto mode on
what tolerance level it has to accept the tolerance level of the targeted weight.

5.Empty Value: This parameter is set to define the zero value acceptance for each and
every weigher individually which will help in starting of the batch.

6.Step Time: This parameter is set to define the stability registering time for all the
components this is an integer type field where it has certain limitation settings like it has
1600 ms as lower limit and 5000 ms as upper limit.

7.Gate Sequence: This parameter is set to define the system on what sequence the
aggregate batching should be done. To set this parameter we need to enter the required
bin no and we need to press the set button to make this applicable.

8.Jogontime: jogontime is set to define the system opening or inching time for gate,
screw motor, water valve and admixture pump based on the time range the output of the
relevant component will be activated. The lower limit is around 500 ms and the
maximum range is around 5000ms.

9.Calibration 1,2,3 & 4: When we press the calibration button it will display all the
settings to calibrate weigher like aggregate, cement, water, silica, ice and admixture we
can calibrate the weigher in 2 mode 1 auto and 2 manual to calibrate the weigher in auto
mode we need to change the mode from manual by entering 1 and we should define the
characteristic as 2,filter settings as 2 Hz, milivolt offset value as 0, milivolt full scale
value 2.00 mV and decimal 2 for admixture only other then admixture for all components
is 0, module address starts from 384 to 424 for more information contact stetter
engineers, channel number as 1 or 2 refer with stetter engineer for more details on it.
Move zero is nothing but tare function to move zero value for individual weighers, set
zero to define the zero setting count to the PLC (contact stetter engineer before operating
this parameter), Theoretical Adjustment is the initial procedure for calibration, Adjust
weight maximum count to the PLC (contact stetter engineer before operating this
parameter), Send, this parameter set to transfer all the set details to the PLC and Mode to
define the system whether it is in auto or manual.
