5.4. Is the company competitively stronger or weaker than key rivals?
5.5. Internal Analysis Conclusion
6. PROBLEM STATEMENT(S) – they have to be strongly related and based on all your previous analysis.
7. FORMULATION and DISCUSSION OF STRATEGIC ALTERNATIVES – 3 alternatives are enough; discuss pluses
and minuses of each one
8. STRATEGY RECOMMENDATION – show your comparative analysis skills to justify the strategy you selected
among the 3 strategic alternatives formulated in the previous section, as the best course of action.
