Basics

lWatch has two hands hour and minute

lHour hand represents Ascendant or Lagna
lMinute hand represents Moon
Determining Good Time

lGood Time for any work or happening of

event depends on relation between
Ascendant and Moon position
lHence relation between Hour hand and
minute hand decides the Good Time
Ascendant= Hour Hand

lHour Hand of watch represents Ascendant

or Lagna
l00 Hrs- 01.00Hrs. = Aeries or Mesha Rasi
l1.00Hr-2.00 Hr= Taurus or Vrishabha Rasi
l…….
l11.00Hr.-12.00Hrs.= Pisces or Meena
Rasi
Moon = Minute Hand

l60 Minutes divided in group of 5 minutes ,

we get 12 such groups.
l00.05 Minutes = Aries or Mesha rasi
l05-10 Minutes = Taurus or Vrishabha
l…..
l55-60Min = Pisces or Meena Rasi
Lagna – Moon Relation

lWe need to find the relation between

Lagna and Moon to know good time
lWe can find it from Hour – Minute relation
lCount the rasi of lagna to rasi of moon and
vice versa.
lE.g. Lagna in Aeries and Moon in Aeries
then the count of moon from Lagna =1
More Examples

l1.Lagna = Taurus ; Moon = Cancer then

counting from Lagna the difference is 3
(count lagna =1 first)
l2. Lagna = Aquarius and Moon =
Sagittarius then counting from Lagna the
difference is 11 ; reverse from moon to
lagna is = 3
lAbove example we can call the difference
is 3-11
What is Good?

lLagna-Moon rasi difference

¡(1-1) Excellent i.e. Both are in same Rasi
lIt means the Lagna is harmonious with Moon to offer
positive results about the event.
¡(3-11) Very Good results
¡(5-9) Good
¡(7-7) Stress
¡(2-12) Delay or Denial
¡(4-10) Hard Luck
¡(6-8) Failure
Lagna-Calculations

lAscendant or Lagna calculations

¡Take the Complete part of Hour and add 1 to it.
If more than 12 subtract 12 from it.
¡E.g 2 Hrs. 10 Minutes then Asc Rasi = 2+1 =3
¡E.g 12.10PM then Asc = 12+1 =13 ; as it is
more than 12 , subtract 12 ; 13-12 =1 and
hence the ascendant rasi is 1
Moon Calculations

lTake the minutes part of the Time

lDivide it by 5.
lRound to next digit
¡e.g. if 12 minutes -> 12/5 = 2.4 à Round to 3
¡E.g. if 29 minutes à 29/5 =5.8à Round to 6
lThis is the Moon Rasi
Difference Calculation

lDifference = Moon Rasi – Lagna Rasi +1

lIf the difference is negative then Add 12 to
it
lE.g. Moon Rasi 4 , Lagna is 3 then
difference is à4-3+1 = 2 à Delay
lE.g. Moon Rasi 1, Lagna is 11 then
difference is 1-11+1 = -9 ; it is negative
hence add 12 à -9+12 = 3 à Very Good
Application of WPT

lFor Instant Prediction

lIf you want to know the outcome of some
event… say cricket match, interview result,
exam result, getting contract , fixing
alliance.. Just look at the Watch
lSee the hour hand and fix lagna or
ascendant rasi
lSee the minute hand and fix moon position
Application of WPT

lNote the Lagna to Moon relative position

on the Rasi Chart or by calculations
explained.
lPredict the result from the relationship
¡E.g. 1-1 is Excellent and 6-8 as Failure
lFixing the auspicious time for meeting
someone, starting something … any event
lJust get the time from table for excellent or
very good. Avoid Failure or Bad timings.

lResult = Good Moon
Be Watchful..

lDo not look at the time again and again for

the same event. Even if the watch is not
working then also interpret from the time
shown in the watch. It is a divine direction
lDo Carry a copy of the table with you in
wallet for quick predictions.
lApply to many situations and also try to
confirm by other astrological methods
My Concerns

lWPT presumes all days ( and all nights)

the same time is good for an event
¡E.g. Monday 4.21AM or 4.21PM is good and is
also good for any other day.
lWPT does not differentiate between
different events. E.g. the time is good for
marriage fixing and also it is good for
digging a well, for exam results and for
taking a job. It is not taking into account
the nature of Lagna and Moon rasis.
