Homework 2 CASE ANALYSIS on the topics: Prospectus of a company, Share Capital and Membership in Individual
Company. 15 cases are given to all the students related to the above mentioned topics & test
based on the cases will be taken in Tutorials. Evaluation is 5 Marks for Write up & 10 Marks for
Test based on HW.

Homework 3 CASE ANALYSIS on the topics: Borrowing powers and charges, Debentures and Company Individual
Management. 15 cases are given to all the students related to the above mentioned topics & test
