End of first week is the last day to change enrollment, add a course or withdraw without tuition liability. Students whose registration is
cancelled for nonpayment may re-register before the term start date and must pay the late registration fee.

Day 8 - 14 (end of second week) – 30 percent tuition liability, 0 percent fees credited.

Day 15 - 21 (end of third week) – 50 percent tuition liability, 0 percent fees credited.

Day 22 - 28 (end of fourth week) – 70 percent tuition liability, 0 percent fees credited.

A withdrawal prior to day 29 of the term may result in a reduction of status from full time to part time or to below part time.
Withdrawals can affect enrollment status, good academic standing and financial aid eligibility. See www.esc.edu/Withdraw for more
information. Note: If the student withdraws before the enrollment start date, 100 percent of all tuition and fees are refundable, with the
exception of the nonrefundable Time Payment Plan application fee. If the student withdraws on the start date or after, then the college fee
and the student activity fee are nonrefundable while tuition and the telecommunications fee are charged according to the refund schedule in
the “Withdrawal” section.
