Responsibilities:
• Preparation of Financial Statements.
• Preparation of Draft & Monthly Progress Report.
• Preparation of Payrolls, Stock Register.
• Smooth functioning financial administration in line with ADB, ERRA,
PERRA & Works & Services Department Standard procedures.
• Assists in all accounting issues.
• Inflow and outflow of money from the bank.
• Responsible to process all the inward and outward vouchers of office
in accordance with the laid down ADB accounting regulations.
• Responsible to train the Finance related staff of the projects.
• Support the Internal Control unit.
• Responsible for posting/booking of transaction in the office journals
and other journals.
• General support of necessary administration tasks.
• Checks invoice, delivery receipts and other papers and sign
them/submit them for payment.
• Maintains, carries out, and is responsible for local procurement
(negotiates costs, order, inspects delivery etc.), including quotation
procedures & guidelines.
• Supporting the projects in procurement related matters.
• Tax deducts and deposit properly in accordance with Income Tax
Ordinance, 2001. Relevant document also retained for recorded purpose.
