The date that this project is expected to end
Pick list - select the status that best describes where the project is at this point in time (see legend below)
The person/s in the organization that will take ownership of the project's outputs and use them for the benefit of the organization.
Name the person assigned to achieve the project objectives.
The total number of people that are involved in the implementation of this project
The total number of months that the project team members will participate
List the average percentage of their time needed per week.
Optional field. Can be used for any comments you feel are important to note.
