1/8”drill bit, 9mm or 11/32” socket wrench,
1/4” socket wrench, sissors, awl or pointed
tool, drill, masking tape, adhesive remover
& glass cleaner.
2. Remove the factory grille by pulling the bottom of the 3. Install the supplied black cap plugs once the closed
grille straight out to release the lower mounting clips. If ends have been cut off.
the clips do not pull out, use a long flat blade screw
driver and insert it between the clip and the mounting
panel and twist to release.

4. Apply masking tape around the edges of the factory grille
emblem boss, making sure you protect the factory painted
finish while aligning the overlay mesh grille.

7. Be advised of the location of the outer grille alignment
pins. These pins need to fit into the holes in the head
light assemblies for proper grille alignment.
5. Align the E&G mesh grille over the factory grille, mak-
ing sure the studs pass through the openings in the
factory grille. Carefully turn the grille over and install
the supplied lower mounting brackets and #8-32 ESNA
half nuts across the bottom of the grille. The center
stud will use the supplied 1.006” x .189” x .062” black
plastic washer instead of a lower mounting bracket.

8. Clip the assembled grille back into the factory mounting
points.

6. Install the supplied small black plastic washers and #8-
32 ESNA half nuts onto the upper studs and snug but
do not completely tighten at this time.
9. Thoroughly tape around the painted bumper opening
using several layers of masking tape. Measure and mark
the exact center of the bumper cover opening (where
shown) using a grease pencil or marker.

10. Cut out and align the supplied template for the lower
grille lower mounting hole locations against the inside
edge of the painted bumper cover opening and tape it
in place, making sure the center is lined up with the
center line marked in Step 10. Use an awl or similar
pointed tool and mark the bumper cover at all mount-
ing hole locations (see arrows). Untape the template,
flip it over and mark the holes on the opposite side.
11. Use a .125” (1/8”) drill bit to carefully drill through the
marks made in the plastic bumper opening, then use
the drill bit to make a slot between the holes. This will
allow for left to right adjustment.
12. Align the lower grille into place and push the center
four (4) lower mounting pins into the holes, starting at
the center pins and work your way to the sides.
13. Once the pins are pushed through the bumper cover,
press the grille tight against the factory insert and use a
1/16” drill bit to drill a pilot hole through the mounting
tabs across the top of the grille and install the supplied
#6 Torx T-10 screws. DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN or you
will strip out the mounting holes.

WARRANTY INFORMATION:
E&G Classics, Inc. warrants its chrome parts and products to be free from defects in material,
workmanship or finish for Thirty-Six (36) months from the date of shipment by E&G. This war-
ranty is limited to the repair or replacement, at E&G Classics option, of the defective part or
product. To obtain performance under this warranty you must:

1.) Present your E&G unit to an authorized distributor in your area with proof of purchase.
2.) If no distributor is available, contact E&G Classics (address below) for authorization to
return unit.
3.) Returns - All unauthorized returns will be refused. Merchandise approved by E&G for
return must have been purchased within the Thirty-Six (36) months. All returns require
an authorization number obtained from E&G and the actual return must be accompanied
by the written authorization form filled out completely. All merchandise must be inspect
ed upon receipt and shortages reported within 48 hours. All merchandise must be in a
resalable condition. Merchandise must be packed carefully in the original packing. If orig-
inal packing is no longer usable, repack item(s) comparable to original manner. All returns
are subject to a 25% handling charge. Special order items are not returnable. Defective
merchandise must have an explanation of the problem. No credit will be issued unless
invoice number and date of purchase has been supplied. Manufacturer shall be sole
judge of defects in a product.
4.) UPS accounts - All returns must be prepaid. Do not send return shipments freight collect.
Once E&G has made its decision and it is a claim against our warranty policy, E&G will
credit incoming freight on damaged parts.
5.) No discontinued part or parts changed due to body style are returnable.

14. Remove the masking tape and peel off the protective
backing from the mesh and emblem surrounds. Use a
soft cloth and a mild solvent to remove any glue residue
from the protective tape. Use glass cleaner or alcohol to
remove any solvent residue from the grille surround.

damage. This warranty does not extend to any of our products which have been subject to
misuse, neglect, accident or have been altered or repaired in any way. This warranty does not
cover any accidental or consequential damages for any breach of this warranty agreement.
E&G Classics shall have no responsibility for any loss of time, inconvenience, commercial loss
or consequential damage, nor shall E&G be liable for any injury or damage to persons or prop-
erty by reason of any defect in material, workmanship or finish of its parts or products. This
warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which may vary
from state to state.
