Swot Analysis

This swot analysis is carried out as a part of my MSc Advanced Nursing


studies course, on my role in supervision of health care assistants .I believe it will help me to
identify my strength, weakness, opportunities and threats in my role as supervisor of health
care assistants in the care home where I am working. This assignment needs critical thinking
and insight to attain its goals. I made an honest and sincere effort in carrying out this swot
