Key Responsibilities :
Answer telephone calls and relay messages to the proper Sales Representative via e-
mail, radio, work order, and/or phone.
Maintain the Sales files (commercial/industrial) according to company policy.
Enter and track sales agreements (secondary sales) in the sales computer system on a
daily basis.
Prepare monthly Targets country – wide as per directed by Sales Manager.
Prepare Target Vs Achievement fro Primary & Secondary Sales.
Prepare and maintain Distribution Sales Force’s Achievements against the target
daily.
Type as requested, quotes and general correspondence, as directed by the Sales
Manager.
Assist customers on requests that can be handled internally.
Prepare and monitor PJP into and from the computer system.
Prepare Sales History Primary & Secondary.
Prepare analysis and comparison between Sales History.
Within the framework of delegated responsibility, promote communication,
coordination, and cooperation between sales, operations, accounting, etc.
Check and audit monthly Sales Representatives’ claims against their expenses during
the month.
Work on various “special projects” within the sales department.
Build and maintain the customer base through good service and customer support.
Provide customer service in assisting to resolve incoming customer issues or
problems regarding account and/or services.
Use judgment to elevate unresolved customer issues.
Forward incoming sales calls and potential new contract opportunities to Sales
Representatives.
Generate all sales representatives MVRs to review with Sales Manager.
Stay in contact with outside sales representatives.
Complete reporting requirements accurately and timely.
Coordinate customer activities with other departments to ensure smooth transactions
for customers.
Follow up on commitments with customers to ensure 100% satisfaction.
Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned.

Computer
Skills:
MS Word: Work in MS Word while writing letter or any other kind of information.
MS Excel: Utilized spreadsheet during conduct of projects in preparation of financial
statements. Utilized MS Excel in financial modeling and have knowledge of
application of complex formula.
MS PowerPoint: Work in MS PowerPoint while making presentations.
Using e-mail while correspondence of information.
