Our late father was a British Passport holder and he had been working in England from 1962 to 2002 as an employee in different companies. He got British Citizenship in 1973 and applied for the registration and citizenship of whole family in 1973 1990's respectively. We did receive application forms, different query forms and further related documents. Unfortunately, we could not do any further progress in this case because of some genuine reasons. We humbly request that our case should be considered with due kindness and partially from particular British rules

_____________ NAHEED NIAZ ABBASI, _____________ SHUJA AHMED ABBASI, RUKHSANA NIAZ ABBASI, ADD: VILL & P.O. OSIA, MOHALLA MERA, TEH MURREE, DISTT RWP. CELL NO: 0092-300-5267960 E-MAIL ADD: jsabbasi_jsabbasi@yahoo.com DATED: 04-02-2011 Respected Sir, With great respect we want to bring in your kind notice that our late father Mr. Niaz Mohammad Abbasi was a British Passport holder & he had been working in England from 1962 to 2002 as an employee in different companies, i.e. Magenta security services LTD 399A Uxbridge Road, Southall, Middlesex UB1 3EW & HOOVER LIMITED PERIVALE, Greenford Middlesex UB6 8DX etc. He got British Citizenship in 1973(Nationality Certificate No: A 160973, British Passport No: C 093207 D, UK Registration Certificate No: YH 069348A), applied for the registration & citizenship of whole family in 1973 1990’s respectively. Eventually our whole family got registered & since then he had been receiving child-allowance. We did receive application forms, different query forms & further related documents. Unfortunately, we could not do any further progress in this case because of some genuine reasons. Now keeping our late father’s 40 years services for Britain in consideration, we humbly request that our case should be considered with due kindness & partially from particular British rules. We had already tried to contact with British HOME-OFFICE Nationality Division, Lunar House, Wellesly Road, Croydon, Survey, CR9 2BY & The Immigration & Nationality Department, Nationality Division 3rd Floor, India Buildings, Waterstreet Liverpool L2OQN & The Department of Social Security, The Benefit Agency, Ealing District Office, P.O. Box 8, Glasgow G 4 0WY through a letter being sent on 29-03- 2010 by Pakistan post & they referred us to British High Commission Islamabad, Pakistan, but we were not able to get any satisfactory answer. As economic situation is deterioring & law & order situation is getting worse day by day, here in Pakistan, we find future of whole family at stake & want some way out for our entry in Britain on the grounds of sincere services rendered by our late father for Britain. He served with honesty, devotion & commitment & his residential record in UK is a clear proof of that. He remained honest till his death & he advised us to be honest. We informed you about his death in time, so that no more payment should be made to us. We also returned, “Pension Department” that particular payment of (503.518 pounds) that was being transferred by BARCLAY’S BANK, to his account that we received after his death, strictly according to his advice before death. Although we have not demanded any reward for his honest act but now it is the need of the time because of the adverse, unsafe, threatening environment & un-sound economic conditions in our country. As you know very well that it is the responsibility of every state to provide the proper educational facilities & opportunities to his citizens at the best, but unfortunately our state is badly failed also in the particular task. As England is the centre of diverse culture & hub for educational activity & also safe with regard to human right issues, we want our children to get benefit from this & make their future secure. Hence we are making this humble request to reconsider our case & allow us to get British Nationalities on the grounds of our late father’s services & devotions to your country. As you are renowned for rewarding men the best for their sincerities & devotions. We also have many of our relatives living in the UK from many years. You can acquire any information regarding us from them. The address of one of them is as follows: • 13 Western Road Southall ub2 5ha We hope that you will give a due consideration to our application. We request to give due attention to our case & sort out some proper solution regarding that, either that would be in the form of British Nationalities to all four of (Niaz Mohammad Abbasi’s) children & our families or by facilitating our children to acquire higher education on full scholarships in your country. As our children are more able & intelligent, they can get a lot of benefit from educational environment of England. They are unable to find some proper opportunities to progress here in Pakistan. Your emphasis on human rights & education has raised our confidence to discuss this issue with you. We know that you are the “Torch-Bearers” of human rights protection & provision. So we are much optimistic that you will give a positive response. For what, we are keenly waiting. Please do contact us anytime, if you require any evidence with regard to this letter. Your sincerely.
