Terms and Conditions
01. A non-refundable registration fee must be
submitted together with this application. Upon
approval of this application by the school and the
applicant agrees to undertake the course, the
registration fee will be used towards the applicants
school fees.
02. The school fees are based on the entire duration of the
course and not per lesson. The offer of an
installment plan is solely at the discretion of the
school and not a right of the student.
03. The first payment of the school fees, whether full or
part payment confirms and creates the agreement for
the student to follow throughout the course and to
complete the payments as confirmed whether the
student completes the course or not.
04. Where the student has been granted an installment
plan it is the student’s responsibility and or the
guarantors’ responsibility to comply with and
complete such a payment plan.
05. Where an installment plan has been used by the
student. The school reserves the right to :
 All installments plan payments
already paid are non refundable
 Impose a penalty of LKR250 for late
payments made 1-7 days after the
installment date and LKR500 8-14
days after the installment dates and an
additional LKR250 for each weeks
delay thereafter.
06. The school reserves the right to seek legal redress to
recover any outstanding fees
07. All payments, once made, are non refundable. Any
possible refund on compassionate reasons are solely at
the discretion of the school
.
08. The course is offered on a course basis and is not
based on the number of lessons or hours which may
vary
09. The school reserves the right to cancel or postpone the
class prior to the commencement of the course
10. Transfer of class is solely at the discretion of the
school and will only be considered under exceptional
circumstances

11. Students are required to attend all classes and test
and to submit any and all assignments assigned by the
lecturer.
12. The student will indemnify the school against any loss
or damages occurred as a result of the student’s willful
negligence or willful misconduct.
13. The school reserves the right to de-register or expel a
student who does not comply with the rules and
regulations of the school or if their continued presence
would be detrimental to the well being of the staff or
students. Under such conditions no refund will be
made
14. Students should make every endeavor to advise the
school if they are unable to attend classes.
15. All materials supplied by the school are the intellectual
property of the school and may not be copied or
reproduced in anyway. Students agree to respect the
intellectual property rights of the school.
16. A student withdrawing from the course must do so in
writing. Only written correspondence will be accepted
17. If the student changes their contact details such as
mobile, home phone number (s) and current address
that mentioned above should inform to the school
immediately. If the school fails to contact the student
in any matter on mentioned numbers, school will be
not taking the responsibility on any matter.
