3. Features
(1) Structure: two doors and six trolleys; inner and outer wall of chamber are made of stainless steel. Its
insulation material is rock cotton which is of high heat-reservation performance.
(2) PLC control; all actions of smokehouse could be seen on PLC (such as recipes, technology,
temperature and running time);
(3) Function: drying, smoking, cooking and auto temperature and humidity control;
(4) Many protective functions;
(5) Parameters such as time, temperature, humidity and exhaust could be modified while machine is
running;
(6) Data could be recorded and printed out (option);
(7) Special design of smoking and circulation system ensures products evenly being heated and colored;
(8) Key components such as PLC, touch screen, relay and solenoid valve are from famous brand in the
world. It is with stable quality and reliability;
(9) Interlock system for front and rear doors; this machine reaches inspection standard of Japan;
(10) High pressure pump for cleaning pipes and spraying showers on pipes of different angles.
(11) The whole machine could be divided into several units according to trolley; it is easy for assembly
and dismantling;
(12) Steam pipe, smoke inlet pipe and exhaust pipe are all made of stainless steel;
(13) Smoke dense of smoke generatore could be adjusted according to customers’s requirements;
(14) Seal of door is formed by foaming of silicon rubber. It ensures good sealing effect.
4. Material and main components
(1) Material
a. The whole machine is mainly made of stainless steel SUS304. Stainless steel 1.5mm is for main body,
4mm thick for bottom and 1.5mm for shell of chamber;
b. Insulation layer: rock cotton, 60mm thick;
