Imagine Your Goals

Imagine Your Goals is a weekly football group set up and run
by Portsmouth Football Club.

Headspace have been involved from the beginning as we

strongly believe in the benefit physical activity, and building
friendships has towards recovery. Imagine Your Goals pro-
vides these opportunities, as well as great extra perks such as
free tickets to Pompey matches.

We caught up with project co-ordinator Alex Cawley to tell us

more about this fantastic project:

Q: How do I get involved?

A: If you want to get involved, speak to a doctor or a care
worker that you're interested in the project. They will be able
to give you more information or if you want you can contact

Here’s the low-down of the latest goings on amongst the
Headspace team:
 Jo Tedbury, Senior Practitioner, will be starting her Thorn
(psychosocial interventions in psychosis) course this
January. She will be the 4th Headspace practitioner to have
undertaken, or be in the process of obtaining this
comprehensive qualification. Good luck, Jo!
 Welcome to Sally Bolland, OT Student, who started her
placement at Headspace last month. She’ll be with the
team until the end of March. We hope you enjoy your time
with us!
 Linda Medlow, Tutor with Highbury College at our Back on
Track supported college course has moved on to pastures
new. A big welcome to Caroline Marlow who has stepped
in as her replacement. We’re sure she’s going to do a
fantastic job. Good luck to both Linda, in her future
endeavours, and Caroline in her new role. Thanks to all those who came to the Headspace Christmas
Party at Southsea’s Slug and Lettuce on Thursday 16th De-
