Don’t
miss
the
Multi‐Cultural
Celebration
tonight,
February
15,
2011,
at
the
Rockwall‐Heath
High
School
Performing
Arts
Center
at
7:00
p.m.
The
evening
will
be
a
celebration
of
the
rich
cultures
and
diversity
within
our
great
district.
The
community‐wide
event
themed
Embracing
Diversity:
A
Tapestry
of
Cultures,
will
feature
student
artwork,
essays,
cultural
performances
and
a
grand
Parade
of
Nations.
Currently,
culturally
themed
lessons
are
being
introduced
at
all
grade
levels
in
RISD.
Over
the
next
few
months,
several
activities
will
lead
up
to
this
event.

Procedures
All
absences
require
written
documentation
the
day
a
student
returns
to
school.
If
you
are
signed
up
for
Family
Access,
please
enter
absence
notifications
through
Skyward
in
lieu
of
written
notes.
Family
Access
applications
are
available
on
campus
or
on
the
district
web
site.
All
parents
are
encouraged
to
sign
up
for
this
excellent
source
of
information.
For
questions
or
for
a
student's
early
release,
please
call

If
your
student
has
athletics
9th
period
and
needs
an
early
release
during
that
time,
please
call
the
office
by
2:30.
Unfortunately,
we
cannot
accommodate
all
parents
bringing
in
forgotten
homework,
athletic
clothes,
lunch,
etc.
Students
WILL
NOT
be
notified
that
they
have
an
item
at
the
front
desk.
It
is
their
responsibility
to
check
for
items
left.

seeking

two

Prom/After‐Prom

cafeteria

Chiloso's on Wednesday, February 9, 2011, from 5 to 9 p.m. All proceeds
will go towards Class of 2011 senior scholarships.

Society

a
burrito
from
Chiloso's
for

on
Wednesday
mornings
