I' In the eldgency of public sen'ice, and to expedite replacement of vacalt items

due to retirement and promotion a ranking wilf be held on January Z, ZOLI for
Master Teacher I at the Division Office and Teachers II and III at the District
Offlce on Januar5r 14, ZOLL.

2. The following shall be stricily observed.

a. Submission of all documents shall be on or before January 6, 2Ol I for


Master Teacher and January 13, zorr for teacher II and IIL
b. All documents should be submitted to the Records Section and turnecl over
to HRMO for pre-eva,luation. No consideration shall be entertained after- the
deadline.

3' All those who are qualifled for any of the positions listed above are encollraged
to submit their documents for evaluation and ranking.

4' Iuclosure No' I specifies the required documents to be submittecl by the


candidates for Master Teacher I. All Candidates shall be evaluatecl based on
DeptrD Order No. 66, s. 2007.
