Groundbreaking Ceremony Held Today at Site of Patricio Enterprises’ Future Headquarters

STAFFORD, Virginia –– Stafford County Board of Supervisors Mr. Robert “Bob” Woodson of the Griffis-
Widewater District and Ms. Susan E. Stimpson of the Falmouth District today joined Patricio Enterprises,
Inc. (PE) President Gabe Patricio, Corporate Treasurer Nelia Patricio; Patricio Group, LLC Partners
Courtney Patricio, Sean Patricio and Matthew Patricio; DM | Architects Rui Duarte and Steve Medeiros;
and Development Consulting Services, PLC owner Samer Shalaby in a ceremonial groundbreaking of
PE’s future headquarters at 525 Corporate Drive in the Quantico Corporate Center at Stafford, VA.

PE announced in October 2010 that its future headquarters would be located in the Quantico Corporate
Center at Stafford, VA. The1.97-acre parcel of land and the future 30,000-square-foot building are owned
by Patricio Group, LLC. The three-story building offering Class A office space is being developed and
designed by Development Consulting Services, PLC and DM | Architects respectively. PE intends to
move to its new headquarters and be fully operational in the new building by the end of 2011.

President Gabe Patricio said the decision to operate since 2005 and to build in “business-friendly”
Stafford County has been an intentional, strategic decision since PE’s founding. PE operates in 8 states
across the U.S., Washington, D.C., and in Japan with approximately 190 employees.
