in the formulation of the company, all associated documentation and logistics, and day to day operations.
• Challenge: Design and bring to market and innovative business model to the crowded online social media space. To attract top talent, form
the company, design the website, create a brand, and position the firm for venture capital investment and possible acquisition.
• Action: Created business solution and business logic for the web product. Structured appropriate workflow and chart flow. Engineered the
architectural design for this business solution. Worked closely with the offshore team (up to 17 web designers, db people, developer, GUI,

• Challenge: Build a business from scratch with limited resources and a limited time frame. Manage client assets while minimizing risk to
client and the firm. Utilize technology and trading systems to streamline the management and trading process.
• Action: Originated and structured 401k plans for institutional clients, meeting all fiduciary obligations. Assisted regional and international
