The Manager role for the business has the co-responsibility to ensure the engagement and satisfaction of
employees in the business while driving the HR imperatives for that unit

Post graduation in HR
Qualification
Nature of experience Predominently Generalist exposure with some exposure to corporate HR functions

Handle exits and share exit analysis trends with managers/HOPS/ PH/FH
Knowledge of all policies so as to be a one point contact for all HR issues within the Unit
Cover onsite personnel of the Units in the areas of communication and career planning
