Hr Operations Adherence to SLAs for all HR processes such as F&F; onboarding; confirmation; BGCs

Utlization, productivity enhancements

Grievance Counseling / Discipline


Hr Operations

Handle exits and share exit analysis trends with managers/HOPS/ PH/FH

Ensure the roll out C & B activities for the Unit

Knowledge of all policies so as to be a one point contact for all HR issues within the Unit

Partnering with Corp-HR in initiatives


Implement Immigration related policies

Cover onsite personnel of the Units in the areas of communication and career planning

Career management Mentoring program deployment
