orders, maintain production schedule, bieng the chief medium between production
departments and estimating, field phone calls while in the production mode, operate
presses whenever overflow required, and primary operator of the DI-Press.

Lead Press Operator

Responsibilities included: Press room supervisor, lead press operator, hands on working
manager, performed and assisted in bindery and shipping operations, and established all
preventive maintenance programs.
During the 7 years at Graphic Adertising, I also started up my trouble shooting, and
consulting business. Working two jobs got to be a little much, but was still fun.

General Manager

Responsibilities included: Overseeing all facets of business operations, marketing, sales,

production and fulfillment. Designed and administered systems which increased
production sales from $40,000.00 per month to over $160,000.00 per month. During the
course of the 9 years as the go to guy, it was very humbling and honoring to use the gifts
that god gave me as a leader and mentor to foster the growth we experienced.

Owner Operator

Owner and General manager: Developed from startup, a successful printing company,
meeting market needs and services. Also gained a sollid reputation for top quality and
award winning products in the printing industry. Sold Business after 11+ years as a
profitable venture.
This opportunity was the opportunity of a life time. The many friends a customers,
developed from this professional lesson has grown with me all through my career.
