The Behaviour Code
The Behaviour Code applies to all holders of
Child, 11-15, Under 14 and 16+ Oyster
photocards. When on London’s public
transport network or premises, always act
sensibly and treat others as you would
like to be treated. Your travel concession
may be withdrawn if we believe that you
have behaved in an antisocial or criminal
way. We can withdraw your travel
concession for behaviour such as:
• Using threatening or offensive language
or bullying others
• Smoking
• Playing music out loud
• Damaging or defacing an Oyster photocard
or using a damaged or defaced
