 To study the various parameters and procedures use by HR department in the firm.

Interpretation:-

 Sampling is done as per instructions 15 from each bank that is OBC and PNB.
 First there is the information abut the employees how long they work in the firm :-
 The maximum numbers of employee must be the fresher or they working more then 5 years.
 Recruitment processes by Internal posting transfer or promotions, newspaper ads, internet are
the major methods.
 Training is provided y the firm to employees is in both the firms are :-
On job training respondents is high according to the provided graph mean i.e. = 1.533
 In general the relationship between the mangers and employees in both banks OBC and PNB
according to given data is good.
 The performance appraisal I evaluate in organization is:
Manager – 90%
Supervisor-10%
 The organization is pay for overtime in this there should be maximum numbers of persons says
no.
 The overall rating of the HR policies of organization is the maximum numbers is good and very
good and some are shows fair relationship.
