Cuke Refresher
4 stcks celery
½ cucumber
½ lemon peeled

Put all ngredents through a ucer and drnk mmedately

Pink Passion Smoothie

2 passon frut seeds only


1 banana peeled and chopped
4 strawberres
Juce of 1 apple
3 ce cubes

Place all ngredents n a blender blend untl smooth and drnk

Morning Muesli
Base
¼ cup hazelnuts slced
¼ cup brazl nuts slced
¼ cup pumpkn seeds

Add any fresh frut of your choce


Serve wth your favourte ptted and slced medool dates
nut mlk blueberres
strawberres
go berres

Popeye Salad
1 ½ cups tghtly-packed spnach
½ rpe avocado slced
Olve Oyl Dressng 6 baby tomatoes slced
2 tablespoons olve ol
1 tablespoon lemon uce
1 tablespoon apple cder vnegar
1 sprng onon slced
Pnch Celtc sea salt 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
1 small handful cashew nuts

Place the spnach n a bowl and add the remanng ngredents Mx
all dressng ngredents together and drzzle over the salad

Kale & Sesame Salad

2 cups kale
½ teaspoon salt
Strp the kale from ts tough 1 tablespoon olve ol
centre stem and place n a bowl
wth the ol salt and lemon uce 2 tablespoons lemon uce
Massage the kale wth your hands 2 tablespoons lght tahn
untl t begns to wlt Add n the 5 baby tomatoes halved
tahn and massage n to coat all
the leaves Add n the remanng 1 teaspoon agave nectar
ngredents and serve 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Banana Ice Cream

4 rpe bananas peeled and frozen

Remove bananas from the freezer and allow to defrost slghtly Place
n a food processor and mx untl a smooth ce cream forms
