Pre-Inauguration Checklist:-
• Creating the "Look & Feel" of Sharekhan outlet by displaying banner/retail &
internal design.
• Deciding the date and venue of inauguration
• Deciding on the no. of people to be invited
• In case prospects, then procuring the database for calling, sending invitation.
• Freeze on the collaterals required for the event.
• Freeze on the cost for the event and taking due approvals for the same.
• Sharekhan resource who would attend the inauguration
• Content and length of the presentation (Wherever needed)
• Sending the invites for inauguration : Information about the event -- This can be
done by Word of mouth or by distributing Invitation cards to the invitees
(depending on the type of event being conducted – either a small gathering or
a bigger format inauguration).
• Arrangement for laptop/Projector/Demo CD for presentation.
• Arrangement of Local newspaper coverage etc – This can be released only
after due approval from HO
Inauguration – On the day of event
• Drop box for visiting cards/ register to note down the names of people who
attended.
• Decoration/Gate Arch/Others at the Venue as required.
• Opening/Ribbon cutting ceremony by a well known person within the
locality/region/ your relative/ key client.
• Inauguration ceremony (Puja) as required.

same.
